Tips on hosting a small event

Hi Everyone,

Yaaahhhhhh...Superexcited....Its my bday month people!!!

Okay, we are gonna be talking about planning small events.

Now, you have that party you want to host but you are tight on budget, here is the best 3 things to do:

1)  Plan your target audience. For example: 2 friends from the office, 3 from the church, 4 from school etc.

2) Make a list of every details. For example: 25 bottle of drinks, fish peppersoup for 12 people, salad for 30 people, semo for 15 people etc.

3) Be flexible with details. Make sure to prepare for one more person who would bring his friend and his friend's friend..Lol
